Basic cremation service 
Our basic cremation service includes:
- the dignified transfer of your pet in a specialised transfer vehicle from where their death occurred to our mortuary facility.
- full mortuary care and a guaranteed individual cremation.
- the ashes are returned to you in your choice of a scatter box or burial container. We guarantee that you will receive all of and only your pet’s ashes.
- a paw print, a lock of your dear friend’s hair and a certificate of cremation is returned with the ashes.

- the ashes returned to you in your choice of a hand potted white urn or wooden memorial box with a engraved gold coloured plaque. We guarantee that you will receive all of and only your pet’s ashes.
- a paw print, a lock of hair your dear friend’s hair and a certificate of cremation is returned with the ashes.

Ashes collected from our office $299.00 (this service is only available from our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast offices)
Urns and other memorial items
Pets in Peace understand that we may wish to honour our pets’ memory in different ways. We have developed a large range of memorial urns, boxes and other special items for your pet’s ashes to be returned home in. Most of our memorial items are available in three sizes so that we can ensure all the ashes are returned home. A full list of memorial products and prices is available on our products page . Prices shown are an upgrade price from our standard cremation service of $309.00. Slightly different prices are available if you wish to purchases these items separately.
Larger pets
For many years Pets in Peace have been able to offer a cremation service at the one price for all size pets. With the rise in costs of gas and labour we have had to include a small surcharge of $45.00 to our basic and standard cremation services for pets over 60kg. We apologise for having to introduce this charge.
Exhumation service
Many families may have buried their family pet at home and find it very hard to move because it means leaving their loved one behind. Pets in Peace offer a very dignified exhumation service. Our trained staff will come to your home and exhume the remains of the buried pet, conduct a cremation of these remains and return the ashes to the family in a special urn. We offer this service at an affordable price based on the size of your pet and amount of work required. Please contact us so that we can discuss your requirements.
Celebrant service
If you would like a more formal farewell, Pets in Peace can assist. A qualified funeral celebrant can conduct a personalised service to help you say goodbye to your dear friend. Funeral services can be held at our premises or at a special place of your choosing. Our pets are an important part of our family and it is only fitting that you say farewell the way that suits you best. The cost of a qualified funeral celebrant is $135.00. There may be some other small charges depending on where you decide to hold the service.
Viewings 
Pets in Peace have special viewing rooms at our crematoriums in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. If you wish to say that final farewell to your dear friend then you can spend some private time alone in our special viewing room. There is no limit to the number of family members or friends who can attend a viewing. All viewing times need to be booked in advance. Due to staff costs in preparing and conducting a viewing there is a small viewing fee of $40.00 during normal hours and $80.00 for after hours and weekend viewings.
Viewing of cremation
Pets in Peace have an open door policy at our crematoriums. We have a special area at our crematorium where you may safely watch the start of the cremation process should you wish to. There is small fee of $80 for this service. This includes time for the family to say their goodbyes in our viewing room prior to the start of the cremation. Please contact us if you are interested in this service and they will arrange a time to suit you.
Viewing of cremation with the collection of ashes on the same day
If it is important for you to have your pet cremated and their ashes home with you on the same day as the cremation we can assist you. There is a fee of $120.00 and the cremation process will take between 2 and 3 hours. Please contact us for more details.
Travel fees
Unfortunately with the rising costs of petrol and additional time required to travel to outlaying areas, there may be a small travel fee for pets that need transferring from family home or vets that are outside our normal transfer areas. Please ask us if a travel fee is applicable to your area.
After hours charges
Pets in Peace normal business hours are Monday to Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm. An after hour fee will be charged for transfers or return of ashes outside of these hours and on public holidays.
Pets in Peace offer a 24 hour service with limited emergency staff on call outside of normal business hours. A call out fee will apply.
