If you’ve recently lost a much-loved pet, our caring team at Pets in Peace can help guide and support you with a range of pet aftercare services. Pets in Peace was founded in 1999 by Bev and Martin Hopp. After losing their own beloved Millie, Bev and Martin wanted to build a place where families could give their pets a dignified service and say a final farewell. With over ten years’ experience working in funeral homes and crematoriums, they decided to bring their focus on quality standards and service to the pet aftercare industry. Bev and Martin built the company’s specially-designed pet crematoriums to replicate the facilities and high standards found in human funeral homes. They introduced private family viewing rooms, purpose-equipped vehicles for pet transfers and 24-hour emergency aftercare. With a philosophy of going above and beyond for their customers, Pets in Peace is now Brisbane’s oldest-operating and most trusted pet crematorium. We remain proudly family-owned and operated, with 34 fully-trained staff across our locations. From pet cremation and funerals to memorials, the team at Pets in Peace conduct all services with great sensitivity and respect. Our staff are dedicated to giving personal attention and support to every family that comes through our door. We give others the kindness and dignity that we would wish to receive for our own pets.
‘As devoted pet lovers, Bev and I understand the special bond that forms between a person and their companion animals. They fill our lives with a joy that deserves to be remembered.
At Pets in Peace, we’re honoured to help our customers give a personal and respectful farewell to their beloved pets. During this heartbreaking time in your life, we welcome you with warmth and compassion.’
