InvoCare Pet Cremations VSS Conference $100 Voucher Giveaway
Terms and Conditions – VSS Conference 7-8 March, 2026.
These terms & conditions apply to the InvoCare Pet Cremations $100 Bunnings or Officeworks gift voucher giveaway to be run by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited (ABN: 22 060 060 031) (InvoCare) at the VSS Conference (Conference) held between 7-8 March 2026 at The Brisbane Convention Centre.
Instructions and information on how to enter the Giveaways form part of these terms and conditions, and entry into a Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person who enters a Giveaway.
Eligibility and Restrictions
Entry in the Giveaways is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older.
Officers and employees (and immediate family) of InvoCare or companies associated with the Giveaways are ineligible to enter.
You are only permitted to enter one Giveaway and can only enter that Giveaway once.
How to Enter
To enter a Giveaway, you must:
- visit the InvoCare stand at the Festival;
- scan the QR code for the Giveaway you wish to enter; and
- fill in and submit the webform that you will be sent to when you scan the QR code.
You can enter a Giveaway between 10am 7 March 2026 and 5:00pm on 8 March 2026.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by InvoCare and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
InvoCare reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and details) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by InvoCare to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Prizes
1 successful entrant into the Voucher Giveaway Competition will receive a $100 voucher of their choice for Officeworks OR Bunnings (valued at $100) from InvoCare.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer including other vouchers.
Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, InvoCare reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier of the prize or InvoCare, including but not limited to, validity and expiration periods.
Any ancillary costs incurred as a result of taking a prize are not included in the Giveaway or prize and are the responsibility of the winners.
Draw
The winner for each prize will be drawn at 9am 9 March 2026 at Pets in Peace Pet Cremation, Loganholme QLD.
Each winner will be selected at random and each entry will have an equal chance of winning.
Each winner will be notified by phone and email and their prize will be sent to their email address promptly and, in any event, no later than 28 days after the draw. InvoCare will not be obliged to enter into any further correspondence with a winner.
If InvoCare is unable to successfully award a prize after exhausting all reasonable efforts to do so, it may undertake one or more re-draws at the same place as the first draw until all prizes are claimed.
All non-winning entries from the original draw will be included in each re-draw.
Personal Information
If you select that you would like to be contacted or provided with information on InvoCare’s services when submitting the webform, InvoCare may use your personal information to contact you or provide you with information about InvoCare’s services.
If you do not make such selection, InvoCare will only use your personal information for the purpose of the Giveaways (including compliance with any legislative requirements).
Your personal information will be held by InvoCare pursuant to its privacy policy (a copy of which can be found at www.invocare.com.au/privacy-policy.
Liability
The Promoter will not be liable:
- to any entrant for any cancellation, changes or unavailability of a Prize (including if a winner is unable to retrieve the Prize from the email address it was issued to); and
- for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury, which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in a Giveaway, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
