Pets in Peace Queensland would like to reassure all of our families that we are committed to adhering to the advice of Health Services Australia. We will be obeying all suggested protocols in every area of our business, especially throughout this time of uncertainty. The well-being of both our families and team members is an absolute priority. Please be assured that this matter has our complete attention. Our team has been briefed on all current legal requirements and best practices. We will continue to brief our team regularly, ensuring that any changes are implemented as soon as necessary. Additional policies have been put into place in the event that any further action is required. As per these amendments, our family team members have been instructed to have minimal interactions with our families unnecessarily – please note that this is for your benefit and peace of mind. If any of our team display symptoms, they will not be present at work. Because of this, please feel free to continue communicating with our team as normal. Behind the scenes, Pets in Peace have introduced new measures in relation to colleague and client care. These measures are in line with our main core value -‘our families come first.’ At Pets in Peace our aim is to look after our families through this tough time, so if you are self-isolating and require any essentials, please let us know 24 hours prior to your scheduled return date and we will deliver them to you.
