Jazzi loved by The Dawson Family

 

In loving memory of our sweet girl Jazzi who passed away peacefully on 24/6/18 surrounded by friends and family.
We would like to thank all the staff at Queensland Vet Specialists for the last four years of love & care towards Jazzi & especially Dr Similar Singh, Dr Inar Swift & Dr Catherine Chand for always going above and beyond for our little girl.
Thanks Pets In Peace for treating our baby with the care & dignity she deserved and for being so understanding in this time of heartbreak.
Jazzi has battled heart disease for the last four years and we are glad she is now at peace.
